Phoenix To Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend

We start off the day leaving Phoenix, Arizona and immediately see the wondrous Sonoran Desert. We will drive through the beautiful pine tree and snowcapped mountains of Flagstaff.  We arrive on the Navajo Nation and the office to the magical Antelope Canyon hike tour.  This will be a medium level hike tour where a Navajo Nation guide will show you the intricate details of Antelope Canyon's walls and crevices.  Enjoy the mystical and enchanting natural artwork surrounding you. After we are done at Antelope Canyon, we leave to Horseshoe Bend to take some wonderful photography and sightsee the area.

The hike to Horseshoe Bend from the parking lot is .7 miles one-way and considered moderately difficult. The trail is partially paved.  Please remember you are in a desert environment, where summertime temperatures often exceed 110° (Fahrenheit). The trail to Horseshoe Bend is completely exposed, except for a small shade pavilion. Water, hats, sunscreen, and appropriate walking footwear should be worn.  Once done there, we leave for the Cameron Trading Post Restaurant to grab some food and drink.  Afterwards, we leave back to Phoenix.

*Lower and Upper Antelope Canyon require children to be 8 years and older but if you really want to go with your kid (ages 1 to 7), please call us and we can schedule a tour with Antelope Canyon X because they do allow young children.
