THESE ARE THE MOST ASKED QUESTIONS

  1.  How long are the day tours?  The Sedona & Grand Canyon day tour is 13 hours, Horseshoe Bend & Antelope Canyon day tour is 13 hours and the Sedona day tour is 10 hours.
  2. Do you provide lunch?  No, please bring money for food and drinks.
  3. Do I need an entrance pass to the Grand Canyon?  No, we have you covered.
  4. How much should I tip my tour guide?  20% is typical for their knowledge, time and effort, and graciously accepted but your tour guide will accept anything given.
  5. Can I take my pet?  Only on private tours do we allow pets to be taken.  Antelope Canyon does not allow pets in their location.
  6. Do you provide water?  Yes, we have cold bottled water available.
  7. Are there 2 tour guides with the Antelope Canyon tour?  Yes, because you have one with Hummingbird Tours, but then you have to have a Navajo tour guide going into the Antelope Canyon, it is required by the Navajo tribe.
  8. Do I need an entrance pass for the Bell Rock or Chapel of the Holy Cross?  No, it is included with the purchase price.
  9. How long is the Antelope Canyon tour?  The slot canyon tour is approximately 1.5 hours.  15 minutes to get out there, 1 hour in the slot canyon and 15 minutes to get back.

10.  Do we hike on the Bell Rock Vista trail?  No, it is just a short easy 1/10 of a mile walk on a dirt trail to the base of it.  We get great pictures there.

11.   For the Multi Day Tour, does the room automatically come with the package?  Yes, we provide a room at the Cameron Trading Post Hotel, or if that is completely full, our second option is a hotel in Page.  We will call or email you to find out if you need a single bed or double bed for the room at the designated hotel.

12.  Can we cancel the Public or Private Tour?  Yes, you can cancel at any time except the last 24 hours (1 day) before the tour, if you do there are NO REFUNDS within this time period.

13.  Can we cancel a Multi Day Tour or Helicopter Tour?  Yes, you can cancel at any time except the last 72 hours (3 days) before the tour, if you do there are NO REFUNDS within this time period.  Just keep in mind we had to book the room and or the helicopter tour and canceling the last minute puts a huge damper in the itinerary and we will lose money by doing so.
